By donating whatever you are able to give or can afford, no matter how much or little. Every pound and penny really does help and allows us to assist the Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to purchase items that really will make a difference to local patients suffering from cancer.
No persons associated with the Peterborough Cancer Treatment Appeal receive any form of remuneration from the Charity whatsoever.
You can help us by donating in the following ways:-
By Credit or Debit Card
Please send donation by cheque to our Treasurer at:
PO Box 1259
By Donation from your Will
An important part of our fundraising is by donations from Wills, which is Inheritance Tax free. There are two basic ways of donating in this way, either by legacy or residue. The following is an example of how a legacy can be worded:
I give the sum (in words and figures) to the Peterborough Cancer Treatment Appeal, Charities Registration Number 1106883.
The PCTA strongly recommends that you consult your solicitor when drawing up your will.
If you do not have a solicitor one of the PCTA’s supporters is Hunt and Coombs Solicitors whom you may wish to consider when drawing up your Will.
